Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) invites on-site Summer Engineering Interns to gain hands-on experience across Quality, Die Cast and Production.

You will analyze manufacturing processes, identify opportunities, and help implement improvements to quality, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Candidates should be team-oriented, self-starting, pursuing a BS in Engineering, with pre-employment drug/background screening.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; Currently enrolled and pursuing a B.S. degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Pre-employment screening (drug & background) required.

Mansioni

• Gain hands-on experience in analyzing production and manufacturing processes and learn to identify opportunities to improve quality, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving design, material, or process.
