Energy Dome seeks a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical installation, including rotating and static equipment, piping systems and mechanical packages. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and drive safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.
Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with 8–10 years in similar roles, fluent English, and willingness to travel.

- 8–10 years of experience in mechanical supervision or similar roles.
- Fluent English required.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Mansioni
- Supervise mechanical erection of equipment, piping, skids and supports.
- Oversee rotating and static equipment installation.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, vendor manuals and standards.
- Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and commissioning.
- Review method statements, lifting plans and ITPs.
- Monitor contractor performance and progress.
- Support handover to commissioning and manage punch lists.
- Ensure HSE compliance on site.
- Coordinate vendor specialists and respond to technical queries.
- Oversee piping activities (fit-up, welding, testing, flushing).
