Energy Dome seeks a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical installation, including rotating and static equipment, piping systems and mechanical packages. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and drive safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical Engineering degree with 8–10 years in similar roles, fluent English, and willingness to travel.

About the Role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to oversee mechanical installation works on site, including rotating and static equipment, piping systems and mechanical packages. You will report to the Construction Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical erection (equipment, piping, skids, supports)
• Oversee rotating and static equipment installation
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, vendor manuals and standards
• Coordinate interfaces with other disciplines and commissioning
• Review method statements, lifting plans and ITPs
• Monitor contractor performance and progress
• Supervise alignment, bolting, lubrication and mechanical checks
• Oversee piping activities (fit-up, welding, testing, flushing)
• Coordinate vendor specialists
• Support technical queries and non-conformities
• Ensure HSE compliance
• Support handover to commissioning
• Manage punch lists and documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in similar roles

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and piping
• Turbomachinery experience preferred
• Ability to read GA drawings, isometrics and PIDs
• Knowledge of completion and commissioning processes
• Fluent English
• Availability to travel

Preferred Skills

• Energy or industrial plant experience
• International project exposure

Pay range and compensation package

Permanent, full-time contract. Competitive compensation package aligned with seniority (indicative base salary: €65,000 – €90,000 gross/year). Additional allowances, including:

• International assignment / travel allowance
• Daily subsistence allowance (per diem)
• Accommodation and site-related benefits where applicable
