Energy Dome is seeking a Civil Engineering Supervisor to oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on site. You will ensure safe execution in line with project specifications and report to the Construction Site Manager.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 8-10 years of construction supervision experience. Competitive compensation ranging from €65,000 to €90,000 gross per year and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment are offered.

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our Construction team and oversee civil, structural and architectural works on site, ensuring safe execution in line with quality, schedule and project specifications. You will report to the Construction Site Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, contractors and other discipline supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, steel, buildings, drainage, infrastructure)
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and procedures
• Monitor contractor performance, progress and resources
• Review method statements, ITPs and quality documentation
• Oversee site activities (excavation, reinforcement, anchor bolts, concrete, backfilling)
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams
• Support resolution of technical issues and non-conformities
• Ensure punch lists are tracked and closed
• Verify HSE compliance on site
• Prepare progress reports
• Support completion and handover phases
• Review as-built and red-mark documentation

Technical Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of concrete, steel structures and site QA/QC
• Experience with drawings, specs and ITPs
• Ability to read multidisciplinary drawings
• Availability for international long-term assignments
