Trane Technologies Italy is seeking an HVAC Equipment Application Engineer for Rome or Milan. This on-site role involves selecting and sizing units based on project requirements and providing technical support through design, installation, and commissioning.

You will guide Sales Engineers and customers, prepare technical and commercial proposals, develop basic schematics and control logic, and deliver product trainings and presentations. A permanent contract and competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Engineering degree (thermodynamics/mechanical) or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning concepts.
• Strong sales and customer-oriented mindset; ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Provide technical guidance to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Propose innovative technical solutions, including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants.
• Provide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products.
• Prepare and deliver technical product presentations.
• Conduct webinars and live seminars for customers.
• Check the technical compliance of received orders.
• Update CRM records accurately and regularly.
• Cooperate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
