Trane Technologies is seeking a Rental Sales Engineer to cover the North West of Italy, based in Milan or Bologna. You will combine technical and commercial expertise to drive customer development and rental product sales across the region.

The role requires engineering education, 3-5 years in HVAC, and the ability to travel extensively. A strong sales focus, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

• Technical education in engineering, HVAC preferred.
• 3-5 years in HVAC or technical services with proven sales results.
• Willingness to travel >50% of working time.
