This hands-on role requires extensive on-site presence, travel, and direct work with construction and project teams, reporting to the Head of Projects. The role emphasizes problem-solving on site, adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuous feedback to improve site activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Solid, proven experience across numerous construction sites in hospitality.
• Full availability to travel frequently and continuously, including extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Site presence and visits with extensive travel across territory.
• Translate department standards into on-site checklists and procedures.
• Interface with project teams and report to Head of Projects on site status.
