Avio Aero is seeking a Field Service Representative to be stationed at a customer’s military base in Southern Italy, delivering high-level technical assistance for the T700 engine program. You will lead on-site maintenance coordination and act as the primary interface between the Customer and Avio Aero.

The role requires permanent presence on site, strong English and Italian, and the ability to plan maintenance, manage logistics, and solve problems with System Engineer and Fleet Manager support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of T700 engines and interfaces.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and publications.
• Knowledge of engine logbooks and maintenance procedures.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Primary interface for engine maintenance concerns at customer site.
• Coordinate information between Customer and Avio Aero (System Engineer, Program Manager, Fleet Manager).
• Manage shipping/receiving of engines, parts, and accessories to and from sites.
• Support maintenance planning and PTAs embodiment on-field.
• Certifying staff for engine maintenance activities.
