Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Rende, Italy. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment in a full-time capacity, with standard business hours and on-call rotation.
The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting, and excellent documentation. Expect on-site work with potential night/weekend shifts and opportunities for growth in a world-class facility.
Competenze
- 3+ years data center operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
Mansioni
- Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
- Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
- Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
- Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
