Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician to support world-class facilities in Brunello, Italy. This freelance, on-site role covers installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and network equipment, with on-call rotations.

You will manage cabling, monitor power and cooling, and collaborate with engineering and operations. Candidates with 3+ years in data center operations and relevant certifications will thrive in this demanding environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, fiber).
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with power distribution and UPS systems.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Knowledge of DCIM platforms and ITIL practices is preferred.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
