Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our Settimo Milanese, Italy team. This full-time, on-site role supports critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities, with a comprehensive benefits package and standard business hours with on-call rotation.

The role requires 3+ years of data center operations experience, expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, fiber), strong troubleshooting, and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Competenze

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills including Cat6/6a and fiber types.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Data center certifications preferred: CDCP, CDCS, CDCE.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
