Reboot Monkey in La Spezia, Italy, is hiring a Data Center Technician for a full-time on-site role. You will support critical infrastructure, install and maintain server and network gear, and perform structured cabling while ensuring uptime.

Expect on-call rotations, shift differentials, and strong emphasis on documentation and collaboration with engineering teams. Candidates with vendor and data center certs are preferred.

Competenze

• 3+ years data center operations experience required.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills expected.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
