Brookfield Real Estate seeks a professional to assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, and administration at Mosso - 900 Folsom Street. You will support on-site staff, train associates, and ensure efficient property management.

You will handle service orders, vendor payments, move-in/move-out inspections, and uphold Fair Housing policies while maintaining high cleanliness and readiness standards across the property.

Competenze

• Experience in Leasing, Bookkeeping or Operations is required.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management practices.
• Experience with on-site software like Yardi is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily property operations and leasing processes.
• Process applications, security deposits and rentals.
• Coordinate service orders and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing policies and high standards.
