Avio Aero is seeking a Field Service Representative to be stationed at Pisa's 46th Brigata Aerea, supporting Leonardo Aeronautics with AE2100D2 engine fleet maintenance on C-27J aircraft. You will act as the primary technical interface, coordinating between Leonardo and Avio Aero and ensuring on-field problem solving.

This role requires a Bachelor's or technical diploma, knowledge of AE2100D2, and fluent Italian with good English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma required.
• Thorough knowledge of AE2100D engine models.
• Knowledge of accessories, installations, control and monitoring systems, and airframe integration.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of configuration control rules and processes.
• Fluent Italian and good level of English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Work visa required.

Mansioni

• Manage technical evidences from operational and maintenance activities of AE2100D2 engines.
• Coordinate information exchange between Leonardo Aeronautics and Avio Aero with System Engineer, Program Manager and Fleet Manager.
• Liaise with Leonardo Aeronautics to respond to technical issues and evaluate on-field engine removal decisions.
• Manage shipping and receiving of engines, accessories and engine parts.
• Monitor and update availability and status of the engine fleet.
• Support maintenance planning and interpretation of technical publications.
• Coordinate availability of engine parts at the Customer warehouse with Fleet Manager.
• Maintain updated engine documentation and use of AGE per technical pubs.
• Coordinate and execute field interventions at Pisa or other locations.
• Collect service data (FH, cycles, removals, life-limited parts).
• Perform autonomously maintenance tasks as needed.
