RINA is recruiting a Junior Site Aerospace System Engineer to join our team in Pisa, Italy within the Operating Engine Division.

You will assist licensed engineers, draft technical specifications and reports, use CAE tools, perform field activities and ensure safety procedures are followed. Strong communication in Italian and English is required; bachelor’s in Aerospace or Management Engineering is preferred.

• Entry-level experience required.
• Understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and tools specific to aerospace.
• Ability to analyze technical complex problems and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork skills.

• Assist with drafting and designing engineering projects.
• Support in drafting technical specifications and reports under supervision.
