Avio Aero is seeking a Field Service Representative to support AE2100D2 engines at the 46th Brigata Aerea in Pisa. You will lead technical issue resolution, coordinate with Leonardo Aeronautics, manage engine and part logistics, and ensure timely maintenance actions on-site.

You will liaise with the System Engineer and Fleet Manager to implement service bulletins and PTAs, maintain documentation, and support on-field engineering interventions across national locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma with relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of AE2100D engine models
• Knowledge of accessories, installations, control and monitoring systems, and airframe interface
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• Knowledge of configuration control rules and processes
• Fluent Italian and good English
• Work visa required
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Mansioni

• Interface with Leonardo Aeronautics and Avio Aero on AE2100D2 engine program
• Manage technical evidences from operations and maintenance
• Coordinate information exchange between System Engineer, Program Manager and Fleet Manager
• Assist in determining engine removal from service after troubleshooting
• Oversee shipping/receiving of engines and parts
• Monitor engine fleet availability and status
• Support maintenance inspections planning
• Update technical publications instructions and PTAs
• Coordinate engine parts availability at Customer warehouse
• Record and maintain engine documentation and AGE usage
• Coordinate field team interventions at Pisa or other locations
• Autonomously perform maintenance tasks as needed
