Saipem is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee offshore material movements, inventory, and documentation. You will coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch for offshore operations, working with SAP, Excel, and logistics systems to keep records accurate.

The role emphasizes planning, thoroughness, and collaboration with multicultural teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant logistics support in challenging environments.

Competenze

• Experience in Oil & Gas or offshore construction projects.
• Knowledge of offshore logistics, import/export, and material certification requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and SAP usage.
• Strong planning, communication, and organization skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Mansioni

• Coordinate receipt, storage, tracking, and offshore dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Prepare cargo, containers, and logistics documentation for offshore operations.
• Manage inventory records and support logistics base and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate customs clearance and liaise with brokers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use SAP, Excel, and logistics systems to monitor material movements and documentation.
• Plan daily logistics activities to support offshore operations.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver efficient logistics support.
