Essential Ingredients is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products across the distribution network. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels and resolve issues.

Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products throughout the distribution network. This role serves as a key coordination point between internal teams and external partners, helping maintain service levels, resolve issues, and support overall operational flow.

The Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in shipment coordination, communication, and problem-solving, contributing to on-time, in-full delivery and a positive internal and external experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time and accurate delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, ETAs, delays, and issues.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
• Track shipments and proactively identify and help resolve logistics exceptions or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics records.
• Support inventory movements and assist with reconciling shipment or inventory discrepancies.
• Provide logistics-related updates and support to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
• Assist with logistics reporting, process improvement efforts, and special projects as assigned.
• Escalate risks, recurring issues, or service concerns to Logistics or Operations leadership when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination preferred.
• Experience working in NetSuite or a similar ERP system for order management, inventory, or logistics activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.Comfort working across systems such as ERP platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
