Agap2 Italia is seeking a Process Flow Assurance Engineer to join the PMC team in Milan. The role focuses on technical oversight, verification and assurance of flow assurance activities for offshore wellhead platforms and subsea production systems.

You will review studies, assess system performance and coordinate with EPC contractors, overseeing safety, reliability and efficient hydrocarbon transport across subsea and topside interfaces. English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical, Petroleum or Process Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with offshore projects and flow assurance.
• Strong knowledge of multiphase flow, hydrate, wax and asphaltene.
• Proficient in reading PFDs/P&IDs and process control logic.

Aufgaben

• Act as PMC focal point for flow assurance design and verification across FEED, EPC and commissioning phases.
• Review and verify steady-state and transient flow assurance studies by EPC contractors.
• Assess production system performance, pressure–temperature envelopes and flow regime predictions.
• Review pipeline and riser sizing, insulation and heating system design.
• Evaluate hydrate, wax, corrosion and erosion risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support interfaces between subsea, pipeline and topside engineering disciplines.
