Valore Recruiting is seeking an Ocean Export Operations Supervisor to join our international logistics client’s U.S. office. The role targets professionals with 5–10 years in ocean export operations who can supervise an operations team and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on export experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication in English. Willingness to relocate to the United States is required.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in ocean export operations within freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Progressed from hands-on operational role to team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating, leading, or supervising an operations team.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make timely decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day ocean export operations.
• Ensure shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time, per procedures and customer requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and management of export documentation.
• Identify and resolve operational issues throughout the shipping process.
