The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Nurse Extern who will perform routine patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role may include cross-training to serve as a Unit Secretary depending on unit needs and training.

Enrollment in an ADN or BSN program with 12 months to NCLEX is required, with AHA BLS certification. Hourly pay with 8 scheduled hours per week; equal opportunity employer and E-Verify participant.

Competenze

• Education: Completion of first semester of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Has 12 months to pass NCLEX after graduating.

Mansioni

• The Nurse Extern performs routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient.
