Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone is seeking a Heat Treatment Operator to operate heat treating equipment for post-welding and localized thermal treatment. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be based at the Monfalcone site.

The role requires a professional school diploma, a minimum of 6 years in heat treatment, and the ability to work three shifts; knowledge of Italian and English at least B1 is required.

Competenze

• Professional school diploma.
• Min. 6 years of heat treatment operations experience.
• Willingness to work in three shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Knowledge of Italian and English (min. B1).

Mansioni

• Conduct prestart up checks.
• Prepare furnace or localized thermal treatment equipment for operations.
• Monitor heating and cooling cycles and adjust temperatures and times per procedures.
• Detect and notify malfunctions to supervisors.
• Move parts or furnace components using hoists or cranes.
• Provide support to fitters.
• Comply with safety, quality, risk and security procedures.
