Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Senior Manager of Component Delivery Management to lead end-to-end governance of component delivery in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing environment. You will oversee planning, execution, documentation readiness and ensure that schedule adherence never compromises nuclear safety, product integrity or regulatory obligations.

You will report to the Operations Director and work onsite at Monfalcone.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in project, delivery, engineering, manufacturing, or contract management in nuclear or regulated industry.
Minimum 5 years leading project managers or multi-project organizations.
English professional working proficiency; Italian as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Compliance in component delivery.
Manage end-to-end component delivery governance and documentation readiness.
Oversee delivery planning, commitments, and execution, with risk mitigation.
Ensure proper configuration, traceability, and release status of components.
Coordinate with Quality, NDE, Welding, and Engineering for readiness before release.
Lead the delivery management organization and promote cross-functional collaboration.
Drive delivery performance improvements and manage delivery risk and escalation.
