Job summary

Westinghouse, based in Monfalcone (GO), seeks a Sr. Manager to lead end-to-end component delivery governance in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing setting.

You will safeguard safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while aligning production, fabrication, and logistics with delivery readiness. Based in Monfalcone, you will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and resolve risks, delivering reliable component readiness for owners and regulators, with strategic impact on delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, Industrial Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in project/program/delivery/manufacturing/contract management.
• At least 5 years leading managers or multi-project teams.
• Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery governance across production, processes, quality release, and documentation readiness.
• Plan and manage delivery with realistic readiness assessments and risk mitigation.
• Ensure component readiness and full traceability with proper documentation.
• Interface with customers, Quality, and regulatory authorities on status and readiness.
• Lead the delivery management organization with cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing systemic causes and structural changes.
• Manage delivery risk and escalation with a proactive risk register.
