Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, Italy is seeking a Project Production Manager to coordinate production activities for assigned projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards meet contractual specifications. You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and work onsite with the Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to guarantee successful project execution.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 2 years’ production experience in industrial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production within industrial environments; entry level project management role.

Responsibilities

Plan and monitor project-related production activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
Identify risks and critical issues, proposing solutions to minimize impacts.
Lead daily and weekly meetings, tracking project progress, preparing regular reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned, and process optimization within production.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
