Westinghouse Electric Company in Monfalcone (GO), Italy, is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to oversee safety, quality, reliability and performance of manufacturing operations as the highest authority within the Operations organization. The role reports to the Operations Director and is located in Monfalcone.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background with 10+ years in manufacturing/operations in regulated environments and proven leadership of multi-level teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations in nuclear, power generation, aerospace, oil and gas, or other complex sectors.
• Minimum 5 years leading managers or multi-level operational organizations in a regulated environment.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, nuclear quality, safety, or related qualifications are a plus.
• English working proficiency; Italian may be required at site.

• Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance across all operations.
• Provide governance of operations, overseeing fabrication and production for project demand.
• Meet production commitments through compliant and authorized means.
• Translate project demand into workforce, qualification, equipment, and space needs.
• Lead the Operations Leadership Team and develop leadership behaviors aligned with nuclear safety.
