Westinghouse Electric Company, based in Monfalcone, invites a Sr. Manager of Component Delivery Management to lead end-to-end governance in a nuclear‑qualified manufacturing setting. You will coordinate planning, execution, and documentation to ensure schedule adherence, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the Operations Director and mentor the delivery organization, driving improvements across cross‑functional teams in Italy. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial field; extensive experience welcomed.
• Minimum 10 years in project, program, delivery, or related domains with 5+ years leading teams.
• Knowledge of nuclear safety, quality leadership, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Professional working English; Italian proficiency where required.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end governance of component delivery in a nuclear manufacturing environment.
• Lead planning, execution, documentation, and readiness while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Interface with customers, Quality, and regulatory authorities on delivery status and constraints.
• Develop and mentor the Delivery Management Organization and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify systemic delivery improvements and manage risks with mitigation plans.
