Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Latina, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for New Product Introduction to lead NPI activities and manage a supervisor-led team on-site. The role covers batch and continuous manufacturing, tech transfers, and commercialization readiness.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering or science degree, has GMP experience, excels in change management, and communicates effectively in English.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology or related field.
Experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing with ICH/ISO familiarity.
Strong problem-solving, change-agent mindset and risk management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and matrix organizations.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Lead NPI manufacturing across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC, incl. validation and tech transfer.
Coordinate resources, schedules and priorities to meet project timelines without impacting commercial production.
Drive readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC.
Support implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement.
Lead, coach and develop a team of operators with performance management.
Promote safety, compliance, accountability, engagement and learning with MPS and other supervisors.
