Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, seeks an Assistant Scientist for the Italian plant (MSAT) on a temporary contract. You will join the New Product Introduction/Technical Transfer team in Borgo San Michele-Latina, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring timely project execution.

Requirements include a Master’s in a relevant field, 6+ months pharma experience, strong GMP knowledge, and fluent English.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, CTF or Chemistry.
At least 6 months of pharmaceutical industry experience (Oral Solid production preferred).
Fluent in English (B2 level and above).
Knowledge of GMP and quality/compliance in manufacturing and packaging.
Basic experience in Project Management and cross-functional coordination.

Mansioni

Plan and coordinate activities with departments involved in project implementation.
Identify risks early and define mitigation strategies.
Assess business impact, quality, compliance and safety with stakeholders.
Ensure on-time introduction while balancing production needs.
Communicate timely with MSAT Sr Manager and Global Functions to align production plans.
Ensure availability of quality documentation for project execution.
Perform or support investigations for non-conformances during projects.
