Redline Group Ltd is seeking an NPI Industrialisation Project Manager / Project Engineer in Bolzano, Italy, onsite. The role bridges Engineering and Manufacturing to move products from design release through prototype build, industrialisation and into serial production.

You will lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets and risk while driving process improvements and production readiness for high‑power charging solutions.

Competenze

• Experience in Manufacturing/Industrialisation/NPI environments.
• Experience transferring products from prototype to serial production.
• Strong knowledge of MBOM, PFMEA, Control Plans and PPAP.
• Experience with ERP, MRP and MES systems, SAP or similar.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.

Mansioni

• Lead industrialisation of new/existing products from design release to volume production.
• Interface between Engineering and Manufacturing for NPI activities.
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment, Test, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality and Operations.
• Plan, execute and control industrialisation projects within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate design transfer, prototype builds, pilot production and ramp-up.
• Develop production processes, routes and work instructions.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing/supply chain risks and coordinate CAPEX projects.
