Job summary

Allegion is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region, delivering on time, budget, and quality.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales to bring innovative products to life. The role offers a permanent contract and growth within a global leader in access and security solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; fluent English; MS Office; occasional travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects across EMEIA, meeting business, cost, quality and timing goals.
• Develop project plans, milestones, monitor progress and manage risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Drive problem-solving activities and facilitate decision-making to remove roadblocks.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare and deliver project status presentations with progress, risks, and impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements and success criteria.
• Support continuous improvement of PM practices and processes.
