Job summary

Reply is seeking a NextGeneration Mobile Network Engineer to contribute to the design and evolution of 4G/5G networks in a highly innovative environment. You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvements for mobile services, shaping next‑generation telco solutions in a collaborative, technology‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Experience with RAN/Core architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
• Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
• Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimize across multiple network domains and elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts.
