Reply is seeking a passionate professional to contribute to the design and evolution of 4G/5G networks within a highly innovative environment. You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements for mobile services. Join a collaborative, technology-driven team shaping next‑generation telco solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
• Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.
• Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing, and interoperability validation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
