Job summary

Reply in Caserta is seeking a NextGeneration Mobile Network Engineer to design, validate and optimize 4G/5G networks, including RAN and Core, and MVNO ecosystems. You will monitor performance, analyze KPIs and troubleshoot issues across multiple network domains in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in a relevant field and have a strong interest in mobile networks, GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G knowledge, and experience with OSS/BSS and telco monitoring platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with interest in mobile networks.
• Solid knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies and RAN/Core architectures.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems and telco monitoring platforms.
• Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing and interoperability validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
