Job summary

Reply in Genova seeks a network design specialist to contribute to 4G/5G networks across RAN, Core, and MVNO ecosystems. You will design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures, monitoring performance and resolving issues from design to validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts and apply KPI analysis for continuous improvement. Strong teamwork and telco expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
• Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.
• Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing and interoperability validation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
