Reply is seeking a NextGeneration Mobile Network Engineer to contribute to the design, validation, and optimization of 4G/5G networks in a cutting‑edge environment based in Pisa. You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements for mobile services.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures.
Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.
Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing, and interoperability validation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
