Reply in Napoli is seeking a Next-Generation Mobile Network Engineer to contribute to the design and evolution of 4G/5G networks within a collaborative Reply environment. You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and help drive continuous improvements for mobile services, shaping next-generation telco solutions in a technology-driven setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
• Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager, and telco monitoring platforms.
• Experience or interest in network design, validation, performance KPI analysis, testing, and interoperability validation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
• Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
