Reply is seeking a network design professional to contribute to the design and evolution of 4G/5G networks within a highly innovative environment.
You will work on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full network lifecycle from design to optimization. The role involves monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements for mobile services in a collaborative, technology-driven setting.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
- Experience or strong interest in mobile networks and telco ecosystems.
Mansioni
- Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
- Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
- Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs and resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and optimize across multiple network domains and elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate complex concepts.
