Reply is seeking a Mobile Network Engineer to contribute to designing and evolving 4G/5G networks within a highly innovative environment in Macerata, Marche. You will work on RAN architectures, Core networks, and MVNO infrastructures, supporting the full lifecycle from design to optimization.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements for mobile services. A degree in a relevant field and knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G are desirable, with teamwork and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong interest in mobile networks.
• Knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies; understanding of RAN and Core architectures.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems, monitoring platforms and telco tools.

Mansioni

• Design, validate and optimize mobile network infrastructures (RAN, Core) and MVNO ecosystems.
• Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to implementation and validation.
• Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs and resolve technical issues; troubleshoot across network domains.
