CNH Industrial in Italy is offering an internship to support a global Geomarketing platform based on ESRI. You will assist the rollout, collaborate with regional teams, and contribute to automation and data management of large datasets.

The role develops skills in Big Data, GIS, and programming with Python/SQL, and tools like Power BI or ArcGIS. English proficiency and a proactive mindset are essential in our collaborative, international environment.

Job Purpose

We are developing a global Geomarketing platform based on ESRI, integrating Dealer-related data such as market information, sales, market share, competitors, facilities, and more to support strategic decision-making. The tool is already operational in North America and is now being expanded to South America, Europe, and APAC. The selected candidate will support the global roll‑out, working closely with regional teams and contributing to the platform’s development through programming activities, script development, process automation, and the management of large datasets.

Learning Objectives

Develop skills in Big Data analysis and management, programming, and the development of automation solutions, leveraging the ESRI platform to support the global Dealer Network Strategy.

Competences Required

Proactivity and problem‑solving skills
Strong interest in Data Analytics, Big Data, GIS, and Geomarketing
Interest in programming and process automation

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent command of English
Good knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Python and/or SQL
Interest in Data Analytics, Big Data, and GIS
Knowledge of Power BI, ArcGIS, or other Business Intelligence tools is considered a plus.

Pay Transparency

This internship provides a monthly gross allowance of €800. The applicable allowance will be communicated and confirmed during the selection process based on the candidate’s place of residence and eligibility criteria.
