Micron Technology is seeking a NAND Cell Characterization & AI Tools Intern at its R&D site in Vimercate, Italy. You will help compose AI-enabled tools to automate analysis of micro-probing waveforms and support the NAND product roadmap.

Responsibilities include collaborating with CELL engineers, building AI components for waveform ingestion and feature extraction, and generating detailed reports with HITL validation. Health and safety guidelines apply.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including LLMs and embeddings.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and/or C/C++.
• Basic knowledge of signal processing and time-domain waveform concepts.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with CELL engineers to understand micro-probing workflows and waveform semantics.
• Build and implement modular AI components for waveform ingestion, preprocessing, and feature extraction.
• Develop a structured comparison engine to perform 1:1 delta analysis against Micron internal reference waveforms.
