Micron Technology, Inc. invites applications for a NAND Cell Characterization & AI Tools Intern at our R&D site in Vimercate, Italy. You will craft AI-enabled tools to automate analysis of micro-probing waveforms and contribute to the NAND product roadmap.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CELL engineers, modular AI components, and an engineer-in-the-loop validation interface, with an emphasis on maintainability and robust documentation.

Competenze

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding AI/ML fundamentals including LLMs and embeddings.
• Proficient in Python and/or C/C++.
• Basic knowledge of signal processing and time-domain waveform concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with CELL engineers to understand micro-probing workflows and waveform semantics.
• Build and implement modular AI components for waveform ingestion, preprocessing, and feature extraction.
• Develop a structured comparison engine to perform 1:1 delta analysis against internal reference waveforms.
• Generate detailed reports with structured, human-readable summaries for engineer review.
• Implement an engineer-in-the-loop (HITL) validation interface for critical decisions.
