Job summary

Imerys is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environment, health and safety activities across the Italy and Denmark Hub. You will champion regulatory compliance, drive safety programs, and coordinate cross-site initiatives with site managers and EHS teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of safety management systems, Italian and English language skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across Italy and Denmark to deploy improvements and support sites in risk prevention and incident

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• 5+ years of EHS management experience in industrial operations.
• Proven track record leading multiple sites and driving safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as EHS lead for the Hub, aligning with the Hub Director and corporate objectives.
• Define and prioritize EHS annual objectives.
• Promote and embed a strong safety culture across all Hub sites.
• Support sites in risk prevention and implement improvement action plans.
• Lead accident management with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and internal standards.
