Qualifications

• Engineer or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in EHS management in industrial operations.
• Good knowledge of Safety Management Systems and local regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS practices and results across the hub sites and teams.
• Prioritize annual EHS objectives aligned with the BA roadmap and safety system.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead accident management processes with investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and CSRD across sites.
