Imerys is seeking an EHS Manager for Italy and Denmark to lead environment, health and safety activities across the hub's sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and deployment of Imerys policies and safety culture.

The role covers 8 factories, 4 open pit operations, 1 underground mine and 1 logistics platform, with travel up to 50%. An engineering background and fluency in English and Italian are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of EHS management experience in industrial operations.
• Engineer or equivalent background.
• Good level of English & Italian.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Italy and Denmark.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Environment, Health and Safety practices and results across hub sites and teams.
• Prioritize EHS objectives aligned with the BA roadmap and Imerys Safety System.
• Promote a strong Safety culture across the hub.
• Support sites to drive continuous improvements and risk prevention.
• Lead accident management and root-cause analyses with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations, CSRD and Imerys guidelines.
• Collaborate with hub and site managers to deploy EHS programs and priorities.
• Coordinate with hub managers and EHS contacts for program deployment.
