CEVA Logistics in Milano, Italy, seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting, tax and statutory activities in a multinational setting, leading a small team and supporting the CFO.

You will drive continuous process improvement, ensure accurate monthly closings, manage statutory financial statements, tax credits and external audit relationships, and strengthen internal controls.

Competenze

• Solid accounting knowledge and Italian civil law.
• Experience in managing financial closing and reporting processes.
• Experience in multinational environments with external audit coordination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership ability.

Mansioni

• Lead the accounting team of 4 administrative resources.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings and statutory financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and authorities and manage tax credits.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/system enhancements.
