GoStudent GmbH is seeking a Junior Tutor Operations Manager to support tutor recruitment across our online marketplace and offline centers. You will help match students with excellent tutors and contribute to expanding education projects, including LEGO Robotics courses.

You will lead online and offline recruitment, onboarding and operational excellence, working with cross-functional teams. Strong Italian/English is essential; Spanish is a plus. Flexible hybrid work model offered.

Competenze

Excellent communication in Italian and English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A people-oriented mindset with relationship-building ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems.
Interest in education, recruitment and talent acquisition.
Recruitment, HR, operations or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

Online Tutor Recruitment: review registrations, guide candidates, onboard and verify documentation.
Offline Recruitment: conduct interviews, recruit for centers and education projects, source candidates.
Coordinate interviews, scheduling and communications with stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: work with centre managers, Marketing and Operations, monitor KPIs.
