FH Collective - Academy is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators for on-site roles in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries across languages and moderate content to maintain quality standards.

Fluency in one required language plus solid English is essential. Eligible candidates hold EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit and are prepared to relocate and start quickly on new projects.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site)

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
