FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring for multilingual Customer Support Specialist and Content Moderator roles on-site. Start dates are flexible with relocation support available.

The on-site positions require fluency in one of the target languages and a working level of English; EU passport or Portugal work permit is mandatory; relocation to Lisbon is supported with flight reimbursement and housing options.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site)

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements
