FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators to join on-site teams. Roles involve providing support across languages and moderating content for international clients, with multiple start dates available.

Candidates must be fluent in at least one required language plus English, hold a valid EU passport or Portugal work permit, and be willing to relocate and start soon. Relocation support is available for selected projects.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site)

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding
